Myelin Fe Estepa
Mylz is a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Central Philippine University. A licensed engineer, she decided on a different career path and ventured into the BPO industry in 2002. She has stayed in this business for almost 20 years, working her way up and managing people in various areas of the business — from operations to support. But what really captured her heart is the humanitarian aspect of the business.
She pioneered the Mission Office in Qualfon Dumaguete in 2013, a business arm that focuses solely on giving back to community and awakening the spirit of volunteerism and purpose in Qualfon’s employees. Her experience with all aspects of the BPO business gives her a unique perspective that allows her to empathize with and care for everyone in the community — seeing the bigger picture and helping individuals maximize their potential for success and happiness.
