Inspiring Student Stories: Meet Jason Skurupey

Jason Skurupey has spent over 16 years of his professional career working in contact centers. He has the desire to leverage his extensive knowledge of the industry best practices to improve business processes, and employee engagement and build strong relationships with a sense of purpose, dedication, and accountability.

His most important accomplishment is generating positive results for the company and the employees he serves. His personal beliefs revolve around choice and acceptance.

For Jason, these two concepts empower teams, as individuals realize they’re responsible for reacting positively to stimuli, changes, and the environment. It’s the leadership’s role to help their team members make the right choices to build the best result and learn from poor ones.

He has been studying the program “Bachelor of Business Administration” at Rochat since September 2020 and he shares with us his experience:

“My overall learning experience at Rochat has been smooth. The course work while demanding at times challenges me and makes me think critically. It’s always a great feeling to complete my courses with a mini break before kicking off the next set of classes. I know for sure my course work has assisted me in my decision making and has added to the well-rounded professional I am in my current career. I personally feel the trajectory of my future is much better today than before I started my journey with Rochat.”
