Rochat School of Business team designed and implemented the course “Exito en el Trabajo” (Success at work) for all the group of “Destino Cuatro Ciénegas” (Cuatro Ciénegas Destiny). This group consist of individuals from all over the community working together to achieve the goal of making Cuatro Cienegas one of the best places to vacation as well as improve the lives of each person living in Cuatro Cienegas.
The course is made up of 4 expositors and 3 main topics: Personal Development, Professional Development, and Emotional Intelligence. More than 60 people attended virtual sessions and received the knowledge to reinforce their skills to be a better person for themselves, their jobs and the people around them.
In the end, each participant received a diploma for their work in the course. Some members shared some of their experiences they had while attending the courses, as well as what they will work on to improve their skills going forward, how they will manage their time to take care of both work and family, and continue learning.
