Diana Ramos is an accomplished academic leader specializing in the design, consolidation, and international scaling of educational and organizational models. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Monterrey, an MBA from Rochat School of Business Switzerland, and is a Certified Executive Coach through Wisdenn.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, she has led initiatives in educational innovation, organizational transformation, and international expansion across educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and businesses. Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself by transforming projects into sustainable, scalable models with global reach, fostering talent development and strengthening the connection between higher education and industry.
She has held strategic leadership positions within international organizations and has contributed to high-impact projects focused on learning design, leadership development, and partnership building that create value for students, organizations, and communities.
As Rector of Rochat School of Business, Diana Ramos will lead the institution’s strategy to further strengthen its academic offerings, promote educational innovation, and expand its international presence through strategic alliances with organizations across multiple sectors.
